The department council representing the highest scientific and administrative body in the department and it consists of:

The head of department, who represents the dean of the college.

The head of the scientific branch which represents the head of department at other universities.

The department head associate, who are at the level of dean associate.

A teaching staff representative to be elected by the members of the department council.
