The Department of Applied Sciences honours outstanding researchers with the highest H-index scores according to the global Scopus database.

In conjunction with our university’s Golden Jubilee celebrations, marking fifty years since the founding of the University of Technology, the Department of Applied Sciences held a special ceremony today to honour a distinguished group of researchers who have achieved the highest H-index scores within the global Scopus databases.

On this occasion, Professor Dr. Raهd Abdul Wahab Ismail, Head of the Department of Applied Sciences, stated, “This achievement is the result of continuous dedication, diligence, and commitment by our esteemed researchers. Scientific institutions and academic forums have long honoured their distinguished members in recognition of their exceptional contributions.”

Following his remarks, the Head of the Department presented certificates of appreciation to the honoured researchers, expressing gratitude and recognition for their outstanding efforts and achievements.
