The Biotechnology Branch organizes a specialized exhibition focused on recycling.

As part of the University of Technology’s Golden Jubilee celebrations, marking fifty years since its establishment, and under the patronage of the Head of the Department of Applied Sciences, Prof. Dr. Raid Abdul Wahab Ismail,

For the second consecutive year and under the slogan “Recycling: A Step Toward Sustainable Development,” the Biotechnology Branch organized a specialized exhibition focused on recycled products. The event was closely followed by the Head of the Biotechnology Branch, Prof. Dr. Ghassan Mohammed Suleiman, and directly supervised by Prof. Dr. Amal Ali Hussein.

The exhibition showcased various products that were creatively recycled through the personal efforts of third-year students in the branch.

Representing the Head of the Department, the Assistant Head for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Hassan Rasheed Ubis, attended the exhibition’s opening. He expressed his support for such specialized exhibitions, highlighting their role in reducing pollution and promoting the reuse of materials for other purposes.
